LCOC Southern Region Director's Message

First, thanks for visiting our website!
The members of the Southern Region of the Lincoln and Continental Owners Club are about as diverse a group of people as you will ever find – male and female, young and not-so-young, wealthy and not-so-wealthy, white collar and blue collar – all sharing the common bond of Lincoln automobiles. The cars owned by our members are just as diverse as the people, ranging from 1921 (the first year Lincolns were built) to the latest models right off the showroom floor.
8 to 10 times a year, we will get together in one of the states that make up our Region. Some of these regional meets are shows with formal LCOC judging and trophies for the winners, such as our meets held in conjunction with The Charlotte Autofair each April and September. Others, such as our meet on Father’s Day weekend in Anderson, S.C., are more informal social occasions, where we enjoy kicking tires, looking at beautiful cars, maybe eating a little something with old friends while making new ones.
This year, we have events on tap in Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee. Please look at our schedule of events for this year. At least a couple of these should be just a short drive for you, no matter where in the Southeast you live. Start making your plans to join us now!
Finally, speaking of joining us, I hope you will consider becoming a member of the Southern Region. After joining the National Lincoln & Continental Owners Club, Southern Region membership is just an additional $12.50 and can open the door to a lifetime of good times and friendships. Contact us if you have any questions. I’m looking forward to meeting you – come join us soon!
