The annual Membership Meeting and Board of 

Managers meeting will be held in Marietta, GA

November 14th at 9:30 AM at the collection of

Chip Wright. In Mr. Wright’s impressive

collection is the beautiful dark green Mark II

many Southern Region members remember as

David Jenkins’ restoration, as well as other cars

we’ll be anxious to see. After the meeting we’ll

tour the facility and the cars. Our meetings

typically have concluded the business portion by

1:00—but the tours and enjoyment continue on

for hours afterward.

We’ll be meeting at Chip’s facility, so the club

has made arrangements with a local hotel so we 

can stay nearby in one hotel for those arriving

the night before—and members will be able to

join with others for a Friday evening dinner get

together.

The hotel is the Hilton Garden Inn. Rooms are

$89.00. 3045 Windy Hill Rd. Marietta, GA . 770-

953-8850. It is at the corner of Windy Hill and

Powers Ferry Rd. If possible let Roger Carlson

know you are arriving the night before so the

Managers can be looking for you- and we make

sure you obtain directions to reach Chip’s

facility.
